When someone is ready to accept Jesus Christ as Lord & Savior they ask the natural question, “What do I do now?” Most Christians would suggest a number of next steps: pray a prayer, come to church, or start reading the Bible. However, the Early Church practiced something else as the initial step of faith—baptism.
